Tracking number is provided via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process the order. All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped. If you can't find your shipping or order confirmation email, please check your spam email folder. Or simply email us.
Shipping Time
US orders arrive in 6-9 business days with regular shipping. If you need your order urgently for an event, please select Priority or 1-Day Express Shipping. These options ensure faster delivery, and we will prioritize processing your order.
International orders take 10-14 business days with regular shipping. If you need your order sooner, please choose express shipping for faster delivery. We also include customs and duties for you, so you don't have to worry about it!
For European orders, if you choose UPS or FedEx shipping, all taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Upon arrival, if you do not pay the Taxes & Duties due by your country's customs office your order will be forfeited and not refunded.
Lastly, all our products are designed by our Los Angeles team and handmade by our owner's family workshops in China. Our business is rooted in family heritage, with every product handcrafted with love and care. We ship our products from Los Angeles or workshops depending on your location and our inventory availability.
