Shipping Times

European Orders — UPS / FedEx

If you choose UPS or FedEx shipping for a European order, all taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If these Taxes & Duties are not paid to your country's customs office upon arrival, your order will be forfeited and not refunded.

Delivery & Lost Packages

If the carrier's tracking information shows a package as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

Jewellery Blossom is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier directly, or checking with neighbors, household members, or building management if applicable.

Our business is rooted in family heritage, with every product handcrafted with love and care. We ship from Los Angeles or our workshops depending on your location and inventory availability.

Jewellery Blossom is an online-only boutique. Our small design team is based in Irvine, California, in the greater Los Angeles area, where we design and create our collections.

4. How is your Eco-Acrylic Flower Collection made?

Each flower in our Eco-Acrylic Collection starts as a hand-drawn petal design on 0.5mm shrinkable polymer sheets made from recycled polymer. Every petal is individually cut, shaped, heated, and assembled by hand to create lightweight, lifelike floral accessories with exceptional detail.
