All of our products are handcrafted by a small team of skilled craftsmen. Because of this, hot-selling products are prioritized for processing, and we offer Priority Shipping (3-4 business days) and 1-Day Express Shipping for faster delivery.

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order. Processing time for regular shipping might be longer (up to 1 week) for hot-selling products. Every order is expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped with care. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order ships.

Shipping Times

European Orders — UPS / FedEx

If you choose UPS or FedEx shipping for a European order, all taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If these Taxes & Duties are not paid to your country's customs office upon arrival, your order will be forfeited and not refunded.

Delivery & Lost Packages

If the carrier's tracking information shows a package as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

Jewellery Blossom is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier directly, or checking with neighbors, household members, or building management if applicable.

All our products are designed by our Los Angeles team and handmade by our owner's family workshops in China. Our business is rooted in family heritage, with every product handcrafted with love and care. We ship from Los Angeles or our workshops depending on your location and inventory availability.

Jewellery Blossom is an online-only boutique. Our small design team is based in Irvine, California, in the greater Los Angeles area, where we design and create our collections.

Every piece in our Real Flower Collection begins with carefully handpicked real flowers. Each bloom is professionally preserved to maintain its natural beauty for years to come, then handcrafted into timeless jewelry designed to be treasured.

4. How is your Eco-Acrylic Flower Collection made?

Each flower in our Eco-Acrylic Collection starts as a hand-drawn petal design on 0.5mm shrinkable polymer sheets made from recycled polymer. Every petal is individually cut, shaped, heated, and assembled by hand to create lightweight, lifelike floral accessories with exceptional detail.
